Denver's own Lucy's Burger Bar brought the Juicy Lucy of Minneapolis fame to Colorado back in 2021 and got a ton of headlines in Eater, 5280, Westword, The Denver Post and more. Since then, their take on the Juicy Lucy cheeseburger has won numerous Denver food scene awards, including winning Best Grilled Cheese at the Denver Grilled Cheese Fest. Lucy's was also named one of the top 20 best restaurants in Denver. • In this video, I talk with Michelle McGlone, the owner of Lucy's Burger Bar, and go back into the kitchen to see how one of Denver's best hamburgers is made. We also chat about the many ways that this Denver restaurants gives back to the community and different communities in ways that really make a a difference.
