15 Minute Post Workout Stretch Routine Follow Along

This is a full 15 minute stretching routine that is great for post workout. In this video I had just trained on the Aerial Silks for 2 hours and needed to stretch my muscles, however this routine is great after any intense training session you've just completed: Weight Lifting, Running, Swimming, Tennis! You name it! #stretch #stretching #stretchingexercises • My name is Laurie Bloom and I am ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified in both Group Fitness and Personal Training and also have a 200 hour Yoga Certification from Yoga Renew.
