We are a nation of Christian hypocrites, and need issued to us the same rebuke pronounced against the religious Pharisees of Christ's day, O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? (Matt. 16:3). We can see the signs yet are hearts cannot discern the time! Have mercy on such a untoward nation as we, O Lord! • While the world calls for unity the same voice can be heard from the pulpits of America, starting at Times Square Church with the preaching of Carter Conlon. But what is the burden of God for the hour? Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty (II Cor. 6:17,18). • God would say to every true heart, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. • This system which has for too long been called the church is ripe for judgment - this is not a place you should feel comfortable and secure in!
