Neapolitan Pizza Dough Impossibly Kosher

To make the Perfect Pizza, you need the perfect Pizza Dough. Here we are showing how to make the last pizza dough recipe you will ever need. Authentic Italian taste. • ---------------------------------------------------- • Subscribe, Follow and Like us on: • Youtube: / impossiblykosher • Instagram: / impossibly.kosher • Facebook: / impossiblykosher • ---------------------------------------------------- • Ingredients: • 900ml room temperature water • 1.5kg all purpose flour (you can use 00 flour but all purpose will yield incredible results as well). • 1tbsp honey (or sugar) • 30g sea salt • 1.5g-2g instant yeast (or 3g active dry yeast) • 1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil • Steps: • 1. add water, honey and salt into a bowl. You can add them into your mixer if you prefer, and the results will be just as incredible. • 2. mix them well until they have been fully dissolved. • 3. add 10% of the flour (so 150g). Yeast doesn't react so well with salt so we use the flour as a buffer and like food for the yeast. • 4. Mix well • 5. Add in your yeast and mix lightly again. • 6. Start incorporating the flour slowly while you mix. I find it better to do this slowly versus all at once. • 7. once the consistency is no longer very sticky and all the flour has been added in, put onto your working station and start to knead the dough. Make sure to knead in all the flour you added. • NOTE: You shouldn't need any more flour or water as you continue to knead you will see the dough become smoother, not sticky or dry. Should it still be sticky after a few minutes of kneading and you have already incorporated all the flour, try to add more flour very little at a time. • 8. once the dough is formed, do a simple test to see if it's ready for the next step. Shape it into a ball, and press on it. If it springs back, then continue. If not, keep kneading. • 9. Oil well a clean bowl and put your dough to rest. Cover it with a damp clothe to avoid dehydrating the dough and leave it for at least 2 hours. • 10. After 2 hours, flour your working table and take your dough out of the bowl. • 11. Cut pieces of 225-250g pieces and start forming the dough ball. • NOTE: the easiest way to form is with one hand guiding the way, the other takes a side and folds it in on itself. Rotate and repeat about 4 folds. Pinch the bottom and there is your dough ball. • 12. Continue until all your dough balls are ready. • 13. TO FREEZE dough balls you will not use, simply wrap well in plastic wrap and put them carefully in the freezer. Do not squish them. • **Explanation on how to defrost the doughs lower down. • 14. Flour a tray well and put the dough balls you will be using on it, add flour on top of them so the plastic wrap won't stick and cover the tray well with plastic wrap. You want to make it airtight without crushing the dough balls. Remember they will grow significantly in size. • 15. Put the tray in an ambient temperature location for at least 24 hours. • NOTE: I like to put them in the oven (off of course) as the temperature is constant and it is dark. • 16.
