When the App comes up, click on the icon in the upper right corner that looks like a person • 2. Click LOGIN and enter your current Biblesoft login information (email and password). • If you are having problems logging into your App Account, then you can try changing your password in your account at http://www.biblesoft.com. • Change your password at Biblesoft.com: • 1. After logging in, you should be at your Account Page. If you are not, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. • 2. Click on My Personal Information. • 3. Enter in your current password. • 4. Enter in the New Password and enter in this password again in the Confirmation field. • 5. Click on Save. • If you are having a problem in your App Account, then try the following: • 1. Log out of your App Account. • 2. Clear our your browsers or devices history, cookies and cache. • 3. Close out the browser. • 4. Reopen the browser and log back in.
