Untangle the 3 rope's end, will look and be 3 strands. • 2.) Insert the 3 ropes inside the PVC and tie both ends to secure it on the handle. • 3.) Twist the rope and wrap it with electrical tape at the same time. • 4.) Make the end of the whip which is the cracker by twisting and connecting it to the stem of the whip. • 5.) Spray paint it with the color of choice.
