A taste of my childhood. Super delicious and very easy to make homemade coconut wafers with cocoa. My coconut wafers with condensed milk are a proven and well-known recipe. They are prepared with real butter, cocoa and coconut flakes. Wafers with cocoa filling are thin, crispy wafers layered with tasty cream. Regardless of whether you are just planning to prepare something sweet for your family or friends, or are organizing an elegant party, cream wafers will be perfect. Hardly anyone can resist them, both children and adults love them. The best part of it is you can prepare them ahead of time and freeze them. They keep well in a freezer for about 3 months. After mine were done, I cut them into small pieces as shown in this video and placed them in the freezer. Then I take as many as we need and thaw it on the plate and enjoy with my coffee or just have some ready for any unexpected guests.
