The Indian embassy in Kyiv issued a second advisory for stranded students in Ukraine. The Indian embassy urged all stranded students to head to railway stations in Kyiv as the night curfew was lifted. Ukraine Railways is putting special trains for evacuations, according to a tweet by India in Ukraine. But many stranded Indian students are unhappy with the way the Indian government is handling the situation in Kyiv.
