GPU: M3000M 4GB N16E-Q1-A1 • Firepro W7170M/AMD Radeon R9 M390X works too , but with external displays - internal remain blank • Post Video Updates: • 1) Brightness control (Mobility Center) is not working, Brightness can be controlled through Fn key • 2) Tried W7170m Once Again - Switchable Graphics Option don't appear • 3) Hardware Installation Steps: • a) Remove GPU • b) Boot (No GPU - Internal will be used) • c) Goto Bios , Video , Enable Optimus • d) Put in M3000M / New GPU • e) Boot • 4) M4000M couldnot run on M6600 (Still testing though) • • Hardware disassembly: • https://www.parts-people.com/blog/201... • GPU: M3000M 4GB N16E-Q1-A1 - Driver Installation: • Step 1: Enable Optimus in BIOS ....
