This is the title card theme from the second season of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card anime, this song is basically the title card theme from the first season of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card but expand upon and combined with the song from Ichigo 100% witch Takayuki Negishi worked on the songs for Ichigo 100% and also make the song in a higher pitch.
