Learn how to do a Pike-Push-up. Here’s a great press variation that works as an early introduction to more inverted forms of push-ups. Maintaining the pike position provides additional challenge to the core. • • Place hands and feet on the ground with the hips flexed in a pike position and knees near lock-out but not hyperextended. Maintaining spinal stability and kinetic chain alignment, lower the head toward the floor. Stabilize and press into the floor to return to starting position.
