It's effortless to set up and sounds great. It is a little limited in functionality, so if you need a low cut filter or adjustable output levels, you'll need something more involved. For a basic but huge improvement on most smartphone microphones, this is perfect. It's an ideal alternative to the Rode VideoMicro.
