Squat down (counter movement) before jumping forward explosively. Land with control (feet stay in one place) and pause briefly before jumping again. Like the box jump, use good landing technique: begin bending knees at first contact (don’t land stiff legged); bend knees sufficiently to absorb impact; try to keep knees aligned between ankles and hips. Note: if you don’t have enough room to keep jumping in series, just walk back after each jump and start from the same place.
