The paper is taped down near an obvious trash can and the scary rat is hidden under ready to pounce. If someone is near the trash and does not pick it up, they get punished! The rat runs out and scares them. It wont likely get people to think about trash too much, but it's still funny to watch! Enjoy these awesome reactions! • The newspaper that has Rich on the cover and on various spreads throughout is the regional New Times paper. Funny story: Rich was stopped by a couple guys with cameras near famous Bubble Gum Alley and asked if he knows of the magician that takes his head off in the alley and pranks people. When asked, Rich pointed to the newspaper taped to the ground and said, Yes! It's that guy right there! It took a couple beats before the guys realized who they asked.
