This clip shows our baby being born and is shot from behind (for any who may not want to watch the full clip). Our doula had a perfect angle to clearly see his head and body emerge. • You can read his birth story here: http://bestillservices.blogspot.com/2... • Mother-directed pushing continued in this clip: It felt right to me to bear down with the urge to push on the peaks of pressure waves (contractions). After a handful of pressure waves, it felt right to bear down continuously. The first pressure wave like this, his head emerged. The second, his body emerged. • Thanks to Hypnobabies it was completely comfort and in my control as I birthed our 8 lb 3 oz baby. • We are so glad we had our little ones present! They were only in the room for the end. Our children love to watch birth movies with me, so they were prepared for what to expect. We asked that their reactions be gauged and if for whatever reason it was upsetting they could leave the room. I love that this clip catches their individual reactions of joy to our baby's arrival.
