Irrigation canal cross-sections can be created easily in Section module of ESurvey CADD. Section Module allows you to create a typical cross-section of the irrigation canal through a wizard. Depending on the values you specify, the canal cross-section template will be designed. • Read More: • https://esurveying.net/cross-section-... • Preparing Canal Profile from Standard Profiles • Hello everybody, welcome to a video tutorial that describes creating canal profile using standard CS Template in Section module. • After Importing cross-sections data in ESurvey CADD Software. • Select ‘CS Template/Assembly‘, Standard CS Template, Canal Profile • A canal Profile window will appear, Select option ‘New Canal’ and click on the triple dotted button next to profile drop-down • Give any Name for the Template and specify the description if necessary. Say ‘Canal’ as the new CS Template name and mention ‘CS Template using Standard Template’. Close Canal Profile window. • Select ‘Canal’ from profile from DropDown list, Fill all canal details like Approximate Bed width, FSD, FB, Canal Slope Etc as per the design in the Canal Profile window. Click on the ‘Create’ button. • Click on the ‘Apply CS Template/Assembly’ option in Toolbar. • Apply Profile window will appear, Select option ‘From Section’ and ‘To Section’ • And add the Final level in the corresponding column. Select the Assembly name from the ‘Template/Assembly’ drop-down list. Click on the ‘Save’ button. • Open CS ‘Preview’ window.
