Lateral lunge 30lb/14kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only) • 2. Front V raise 10lb/4.5kg • • TWO • 1. Squat 30lb/14kg • 2. Single arm overhead triceps extension 15lb/6.5kg (bench or from floor) • THREE • 1. Close grip row 40lb/18kg • 2. Chest press 25lb/11kg • FOUR • 1. Wide curl 15lb/6.5kg • 2.
