The QEUH helipad in Glasgow has seen close to 1,000 helicopter landings, thanks to help from the HELP Appeal charity. • The HELP Appeal is the only charity in the country dedicated to funding hospital helipads and relies entirely on public donations and contributed a total of £700,000 to help fund the helipad.
