I used this shake specifically to gain over 20 lbs in 3 months! This video is for the hard gainers out there who have skinny genetics and can't seem to gain any weight no matter how much they eat. • Here is the recipe that I used to gain 20 lbs in 3 months. • 1 cup of oats or 1 cup of oat flower • 1 cup (handful) of spinach • 3 whole eggs • 1 table spoon of peanut butter • 2 cups of soy milk • If your oats are not fine enough and you get oats in your throat, use oat flower instead. • Drink 3 shakes a day 2 hours after each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) • Do this consistently for a few months.
