On the Bills tab, find the desired account, then select ‘Bills’ in the Bill PDF column. Choose to download the standard bill or with usage details included. You can also download the PDF of the bill by selecting 'Bill PDF’ when viewing individual bill details. Downloading your bill in PDF is even easier with scheduling. Select one or more of your accounts to schedule. Then, choose ‘Request bills’. You can even schedule all accounts at one time. Choose the day of the month the bill PDF should be sent. If you are on a Foundation Account Number, or FAN, for Billing, be sure to schedule your reports for 2-3 days after the FAN cycle close date. For Reporting and Fulfillment FANs, choose 8-10 days after the cycle close date. If you don’t know which type of account your organization has, you can reach out to your representative. We’d be happy to help. Next, choose to receive the standard bill only, or the bill with usage details. Now, for the final step. Select how the PDF should be delivered, and who should receive it.
