Also, give the video a thumbs up and share with friends. • D Grill's Rotisserie Chicken Recipe • Recipe below is for 1 Chicken, you can double the ingredients for 2, as performed in the video. • Ingredients: • 1 Whole Chicken • • Basting mixture: • 1/2 cup Virgin Olive Oil • 1 Ounce honey • 1 Ounce Lemon Juice • 1 Tbs Poultry Seasoning • • Instructions: • 1. Heat Basting Mixture ingredients in a sauce pan till well mixed. • 2. After Basting mixture has cooled, put chicken on rotisserie spit and coat with some of the basting mixture. • 3. Use both outside burners, to create indirect heat. Cook on grill rotisserie at 350° F for 1 hour 15 minutes – 90 minutes. Basting about every 30 minutes before cook time ends. • 4. Check thigh meat is 165° F. • 5.
