Tarhoňa je v skutočnosti otoustovana cestovina v tvare perly. S rascou, zázvorom a paprikou tomúto receptu dodávam marockú príchuť s príjemnou vôňou a svetlou farbou s exotickým zvratom. Pridala som tiež trochu červenej čili. V horúcich slnečných dňoch je toto jedlo celkom osviežujúce. Prihláste sa na odber a nezmeškajte moje ďalšie video. Ďakujem. • Pearl couscous is in reality small, pearl shaped toasted pasta. With cumin, ginger and paprika I give it Moroccan flavour with nice fragrant taste and bright colour with exotic twist. I also added bit of red chilly to bring it more to life. It is quite refreshing on hot sunny days.
