How To Insert Voting Options in a Email Message in Microsoft Outlook

Do you want to create a poll in Outlook by including voting buttons in a message that we plan to send to the recipients? Then, once the recipients reply their votes get delivered in our Inbox. • First of all we must create a New Email. For that to be done we must press the New Email button which is located on the New area of the ribbon as shown in the image below. We can either compose our mail now or later and the same stands about the recipients for our Email message. Then we have to select the Options tab and from the area of the ribbon named Tracking we select the command Use Voting Buttons as shown below.
