This Keto Corn Bread is amazing. Serve it with chili or use in your favorite stuffing recipe. The whole family is sure to enjoy it. • Keto Corn Bread • 2 Tbsp Bacon grease to grease cast iron skillet • 6 oz (170g) Butter, room temperature • 6 oz (168g) Cream cheese, room temperature • 3/4 cup (84g) Pork Rinds, ground • 1/3 cup (37g) Almond Flour • 1/4 cup (32g) Coconut Flour • 2 Tbsp (29g) Baking Powder • 2 Eggs. • Pre-heat oven to 350 F (180C). Heat 2 tablespoons of bacon grease in a 8 or 9 inch cast iron skillet. • While bacon grease heats, add butter and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 -40 seconds until they begin to melt. Mix butter and cream cheese together. Once butter and cream cheese are mixed add almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Mix together and then add eggs. • Once all the ingredients is incorporated, add it hot bacon grease in hot cast iron skillet.
