Some feel a 'tingling' sensation on the back of their scalp, their spine or other areas. I believe that most people can experience ASMR, while they need to find an individual 'trigger' they like best. Common triggers are personal attention, whispering or soft spoken ear to ear words, brushing, crinkly sounds, scratching, scissors, cutting, kinetic sand, tapping, massages... and much, more more:) • ❓Who are you❓I´m a retired guy living in Switzerland, retired from my previous, seemingly-prestiguous career, and mostly retired from what most people consider a normal life (that´s what Rentner means in German, “retiree“).
