Here is the detailed recipe of kashmiri Dum Aalu • RECIPE • 1. In a bowl take 3 red sukhi mirch, half bowl kaju and water. • 2. Soak in water for 15 minutes and make a paste of it. • 3. In a bowl take dahi, whisk it well and add half tbsp kashmiri red mirch powder, half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp coriander and mix well. • 4. Take some boiled baby potatoes and make small holes using fork. • 5. Fry in hot oil. • 6. In the same pan take all the khade masale of ur choice along with jeera, add one chopped onion, add the dahi paste and cook for 2 mins. • 7. Add the kaju paste, one tbsp ginger garlic paste and water. • 8. Cook for 5 minutes then add some salt and fried potatoes. • 9. Cook for 10 minutes and add one tbsp garam masala and chopped green coriander. • 10. Your delicious Kashmiri dum aalu is ready.
