What's Lebkuchen you ask? Lebkuchen are a honey sweetened German Cookie packed with Christmas Spices, Nuts and Citrus Zests. They are Cookies, BUT with a soft cakey centre that actually improves over time so best to bake a day ahead! Lebkuchen are really quick to make, and easy too, so a fab recipe to be baking before the big day arrives. If you don't have all the spices listed, don't worry!
