Before it may have been accountants but the tax code getting more and more complex is a big part of the success of TurboTax and other big bank based businesses which do your taxes for you and charge for it. They make big donations to all the successful politicians on both sides of the isle and they continue to get away with it, and although the IRS knows exactly how much you owe they won’t tell you. • The humor here comes from the accuracy to the way taxes work in the U.S. and the nature in which this has been presented.
