Doom 64 Unmaker laser demo all power levels

Shows the various firing rates and capabilities of Doom 64's Unmaker weapon. Enable video Captions for on-screen notes. All four power levels (or stages, configurations, versions) of the weapon are demonstrated. For each level, 30 cells are fired to show the weapon's current firing speed and beam pattern, and then the weapon is used to attack some Sergeant enemies. • First is the plain, unmodified weapon. Following this is a demo of the weapon after the player has acquired one of the three Demon Artifacts, which are hidden among Doom 64's secret levels. The weapon is then demoed with two Artifacts, and then with all three. • A quick combat sample follows, showing the speed at which the fully upgraded weapon can dispatch a Cyberdemon... if the player survives long enough. ;) • August 2022 update: ‪@decino‬ has now posted an in-depth analysis of the Unmaker.
