The iconic theme music by Eric Coates to the 1955 British movie 'The Dambusters' (arranged by John Barnard), put to the words of Psalm 46 as arranged by Richard Bewes. • While the organ at St. John's has two reed stops (an 8' Oboe on the swell, and an 8' Clarionet on the great), it doesn't quite feel... brassy enough for this hymn. • However, I still had great fun playing, and the congregation enjoyed singing it on Sunday :) • I hope you too enjoy. • ___________________ • Details of the organ can be found here: https://www.ohta.org.au/organs/organs...
