English Serbian • This is how to made your baits in a delicious meal! :-) • Simple way to prepare risotto. Wine, anchovies and Parmesan are key ingredients for this meal. • Ingredients ( 2 person): • 400 gr shrimp • 400 gr squid • 1/2 onion • 1/4 celery • 1/2 carrot • chili pepper • 3 cloves garlic • 2 dl white wine • 500 ml vegetable bouillon • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese • 50 gr butter • 2 anchovies • 300 gr rice • parsley • basil leaves • lemon zest • olive oil • Salt • INSTRUCTIONS • Slice your fresh squid to rings • Boil 500ml of water for 3 minutes with a vegetable bouillon cube • Chop 1/4 of celery root, 1/2 carrot and 1/2 onion into little cubes. Dice chili peppers and add to taste. • Add olive oil in the pan and add 3 garlic cloves, fry until brown and remove • Add diced vegetables to the hot olive oil and fry until onions are glazed. • Add rice into the pan and stir • Add anchovies • Add white wine and lemon zest • Add vegetable bouillon liquid to cover the rice • In a larger pot add olive oil and fry prepared squid rings for a minute • Add fresh shrimps and grind in the garlic you've fried just before • When shrimp turns red, add butter and stir until butter melts in • Add white wine and salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes • Add the rice and vegetables to the mix and cover with vegetable bouillon liquid. Keep adding bouillon liquid until rice is cooked. • Once the rice is cooked, add Parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley. • Garnish with finely chopped fresh basil leaves. • ...add lemon to taste :). • Bon Apettit! • Srpski: • Evo kako pretvoriti vaše mamce u ukusno jelo! 😊Prost način da napravite rižoto. Vino, inćuni i parmezan su ključ ovog jela. • Namirnice (2 osobe): • 400g gambora • 400g lignji • ½ glavice luka • ¼ celera • ½ šargarepe • Čili papričice (može i ne mora ) • 3 +2 češnja belog luka • 2 dl belog vina • 500ml supe od kocke (od povrća) • 1 kašika parmezana • 50g putera • 2 inćuna • 300g pirinča • Peršun • Bosiljak • Kora od limuna • Maslinovo ulje • So • • Isecite sveže lignje na krugove. Skuvajte 500 ml vode oko 3 minuta sa kockicom za supu. Isecite ¼ korena od celera, ½ šargarepe i ½ glavice luka u male kockice. Sitno isecite čili papričice. Dodajte maslinovo ulje u tavu i stavite 3 česna belog luka, pržite dok ne postanu kafeni i onda ih sklonite. Dodajte sitno iseckano povrće na zavrelo ulje i propržite dok luk ne postane zastakljen. Onda dodajte pirinač u tavu i mešajte. Dodajete inćune, pa belo vino i koru od limuna. Prelijte pirinač supom i kuvajte oko 15 minuta. U veću šerpu stavite maslinovo ulje i pržite pripremljene lignje oko 1 minute. Dodajte sveže gambore i izrendajte 2 česna belog luka. Kada gambori postanu crveni, dodajte puter i mešajte dok se ne istopi. Zatim dodajte belo vino i so i ostavite da se prže oko 5 minuta. Dodajte pirinač i povrće u miks, pa prekrijte supom. Produžite da sipate supu dok se pirinač ne skuva. Kad je pirinač skuvan, dodajte parmezan i sitno iseckan peršun.
