Sponge drill #4 is a perfect drill: • to learn the correct timing between each other • for bases to learn how to use their legs • If you have problems with any of those this is what you have to do! • Start in a proper sponge position, called also smoosh, load in or hangtime (there is probably more terms connected to this stunt). • While flyer is keeping the position in a same line, bases and a back spot do a half squat and a jump together. • The easiest is to do it on the counts!
