This tutorial will show you how to convert documents to different file formats with Doxillion Document Converter. • Download Doxillion to get started: https://www.nchsoftware.com/documentc... • All programs from NCH Software: https://www.nchsoftware.com/select/in... • More file converting software: https://www.nchsoftware.com/software/... • For more Doxillion tutorials visit • https://www.nchsoftware.com/documentc... • To begin converting a document, add your file to Doxillion. Select a location to save your converted file, select your output format and click the convert button. Use the InfoBar to open the converted file or find the file in the folder. • To add your document files to Doxillion, click on the 'Add Files' button in the toolbar and select the document you want to convert. You can also simply drag and drop files from your file browser into Doxillion. You can add as many documents as you want. The added files will appear in the List of Files to Convert. • • Beneath the file list, click the “Set Output Folder…” button to select the location where the converted file will be saved. You can also click on the dropdown list to see a list of common locations or previous output locations you have used. • • Click on the dropdown next to Output Format to select the file format that you want to convert your document to. Some formats have document settings which you can edit before converting your file. Click the Document Settings… button to view the options, such as page margins and metadata. • • When you are ready to convert your files, simply click the Convert button in the lower right corner of the window. When the conversion is successfully completed, you can view the converted file by clicking the 'Open File' or “Open Folder” buttons found on the success InfoBar.
