http://www.waterjack.net/ The video should say it all. We have been using First Mate remote control systems for about a year now. I bought one for my personal boat and although they are a little pricey they are great for those of us who cannot always be near our boat and lift. We have sold a number of these system to marinas too. When you leave your slip you can air the lift up to the board position so your bunks don't get dirty. This also takes a lot of the water out of the tanks making it lighter and relieves much of the stress on your dock system.
