Our man on the new products scene, Paul Levy, is back to show us the FM-9 9mm AR-15 Build Kit from Foxtrot Mike (aka FM Products). The folks at Foxtrot Mike have made building a pistol caliber AR super easy by putting ALL of the caliber-specific components in this kit. You then finish the build with your choice of upper, pistol grip, handguard, stock or brace, and other off-the-shelf AR-15 components. The kit contains a semi-stripped lower receiver, barrel, bolt assembly (technically not a bolt carrier group because it's a one-piece component), buffer, and recoil spring. No need to do a lot of research tracking down the correct-weight buffer or making sure you get a bolt that will work with the lower! Forget about a magwell adapter, too, because the FM lower uses readily available Glock® magazines, and it has a robust, reliable bolt-hold-open mechanism.
