It's one of my cute sins! Beef with Onions is so simple to make yet so incredibly delicious! A popular dish! In France, you can find them in all Asian restaurants! With inflation, it seems to me that it's not bad to be able to make your own Chinese-style beef, in addition, nothing beats home-cooking, which still costs less! It's smooth and tasty! Served with buttered rice. A traditional recipe to share with the family. This recipe is for 4 people. This dish is simply perfection! Good tasting ! • Ingredients : • 350g beef • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup • 1 green pepper • 2 tablespoons cornstarch of your choice • 2 large onions • 2 tablespoons of sugar • 60ml water • Pepper • 1 - You can replace the soy sauce with • 2 - I use arrowroot as starch. • 3 - I do not salt the dish because the soy sauce is already salty. • 4 - You can do without the oyster sauce if you don't have any, but if you do, go for it! • 5 - Maple syrup can be replaced by sugar or honey (even if I don't like to cook honey). • 6 - You can add ginger to give a little boost to the dish or 1/2 a little chilli to spice up the dish if you like spices. • #recipe #beef #rice #beefwithonions #peppers #quickdinner #onedayarecipe
