6 popovers using a popover pan. (Use muffin pan instead) • 3 large eggs room temperature • 1 cup all purpose flour • 1 1/4 cup of milk • Pinch of salt • 2 tbsp melted butter • Butter or oil for the pan • . • . • Preheat the oven at 400F degrees. • Put the pan in the oven to get heated. • In a bowl start by cracking your eggs and whisk vigorously for a few minutes. • Slowly incorporate flour and continue to whisk. • Incorporate milk and will end up with a very thin batter. • Add salt and melted butter. • Remove pan from the oven and grease with butter.
