I used ground beef for the filling, however, you can always use your filling of choice. • Ensure you use cold water and cold butter so the fat can remain solid and to prevent the formation of gluten. • You can alternatively make your meat pie in the oven. What matters is that the pie is baked under high heat. The air fryer is a good alternative for the oven. • I rolled the pie dough/crust too thin which is why there aren't a lot of layers, if you want it to be layered and textured, ensure you don't roll the pie dough/crust too much.
