http://www.brierleyguitarpickups.com.... • Mick Brierley never fails. He's turned out some of the greatest pickups I've ever heard and he nearly drives himself mad getting them just right. He sent me this 'Warm Vintage Jazzmaster Style' set to check out recently and they're beautiful. Chimey yet no ice-pick - they sound like they're well broken in if there is such a thing. Even the 'strangle switch' position sounds great to me. Tonight I had some time so I fired up a favourite clean platform - Carol-Ann Triptik in the Axe - and hit the Looper button. I'm pretty green when it comes to looping but it's good fun and I hope that you'll get an idea of what these pickups sound like. Check out Mick's site for more info.
