Jjamppong ramyun • Smoke-flavor spicy ramyun • [Ingredients] • All ingredients are listed in gram for consistency. • Ramyun 5 packets (including seasoning packets) • Thinly sliced pork belly 300g • Cabbage 250g • Green onion 150g • Onion 250g • Cooking oil 50g • Coarse chili powder 50g • Hot water 2500ml • Dark soy sauce 50g • Some green onion for topping • [Directions] • 1. Roughly slice 150g of green onion. • 2. Shred 250g of cabbage into 1cm-wide pieces. • 3. Slice 250g of onion into 0.2cm-wide pieces. • 4. Put 50g of cooking oil in a frying pan. • 5. Turn on heat and add 300g of thinly sliced pork belly. • 6. Add 200g of sliced onion. • 7. Add 150g of green onion. • 8. Stir-fry on high heat until all ingredients are cooked. • 9. Add 250 of shredded cabbage and stir-fry on high heat. • 10. Pour 50g of dark soy sauce in a pan and stir-fry like you’re deep frying it. • 11. Stir evenly on high heat so flavor of soy sauce is infused in all ingredients. • 12. Put in 50g of chili powder and stir-fry. (Be careful not to let it burn) • 13. Add 2500mL of hot water. • 14. Add all seasoning packets. • 15. Add 5 servings of ramyun and cook. • Adjust cooking time based on the texture of ramyun noodles. • 16.
