It is neither a tandoori chicken nor the butter chicken that was pioneered by Moti Mahal. It is Aslam’s version of a tandoori butter chicken! Once the chicken is cooked, the pieces are put in a large bowl and secret masalas are sprinkled on top of it, and then some cream is splashed over it. Melted butter is then poured over the chicken in the bowl. Needless to say, the final dish is simply out of this world.
