Need a quick recipe for Friendsgiving? This is it! It’s great when you’re in a pinch too! You might have most of these ingredients at home too! • Here is what I used : • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks (smaller the chunks the faster the cooking time) • ½ cup unsalted butter • ¾ cup half-and-half (you can use milk as well) • 2 teaspoons salt • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • Hope you enjoy!
