A friend of mine who is 93 years old and suffering from cancer tried to use Pay Pal to pay a vendor. My friend deposited the funds into the Pay Pal account but Pay Pal refused to release the funds to the vendor. Worse, Pay Pal refused to refund the money to my friend. Pay Pay ripped off my friend. Don't use them.
