January 11, 2023 (Wednesday) • This morning’s 30 min stimulus followed the methodology of ‘Iron Cardio’ (Brent Jones – StrongFirst). I have been eyeing this one for months being a fan of all things StrongFirst. Grab a bell that you can comfortably press for 5 to 6 reps without deficits in form. Make certain to move through this one at a pace that does not mimic HIIT or AMRAP intensity. Allow room to shake out arms, blow out CO2, and then re-engage the 'Iron Cardio' flow as noted below. Ideally, if you select the right bell size you will be able to complete equal sets in the first 15 and last 15 minutes.
