Hello all! • This tutorial will teach you how to fix your GTA IV game for Windows 10 or 8 where you get the SecuLauncher 2000 error while trying to launch GTA IV. • I hope this works for you, if you need any more help, comment down below. Extract .zip file using WinRAR • 3. Open the new folder (the one created after extraction) • 4. Copy the xlive.dll file • 5. Go to your game's directory • 6. Backup old xlive.dll file • 7. Paste new xlive.dll file into game directory • 8. Overwrite the old one • 9. Double Click LaunchGTAIV.exe • 10.
