Whenever a desire arises in your heart refer to your heart and sense if it is creating any disturbance/heaviness within let’s take a moment to remember our goal. Keeping the goal in mind, channelise the thoughts towards the attainment of our spiritual goal. Notice what happens to the intensity of the desire or wish. Are you feeling insistent that the desire be met ? • Activity 2 • Renunciation of power, status and worldly things: • Desires about possessions, power, status and worldly things disturb point A. • Point B, on the other hand, is more closely aligned with sensual likes and dislikes. When overindulgence in our sensual urges, the vibrations ripple to point B…and mind become restless. • Practice Point B Cleaning This process is to be done when you wake in the morning, before your morning Meditation; again, only for five to seven minutes. Fix your attention on Point B and imagine that all impurities and heaviness are going out of Point B from the front of the body. Imagine that as this process is going on, the glow of the soul begins to appear from behind. • Activity 3 • Titiksha or state of fortitude • This week whenever faced with challenges, revengeful let’s try to practice to be perfectly satisfied with what is allotted to us by God with no feeling for injury, insult, condemnation or appreciation.
