Welcome To The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Bus Ride #162)! • Attention: Customer Relations Manager • LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY • One Gateway Plaza • Los Angeles, California 90012 • (213) 922-6235 • Regarding: Very Serious Complaint • Regarding: Bus #5823 Route #162 • Dear Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Manager: • Back on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, I boarded your Bus #162 just before North Hollywood Station at approximately 8:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and I paid my fare with my Disabled Tap Card and I was with another person who was Homeless Who Did Not Have Any Money! • Your female Bus Driver got so Angry at ME for Invalid Reasons that she was Yelling And Arguing At ME During Most Of The Bus Trip All The Way Back To The North Hollywood Station! • She Also Falsely Accused ME Of Fare Evasion! • Then She Falsely Accused ME Of Not Paying For The Homeless Guy's Bus Fare When I Never Said To Her That I Was Going To Pay For It To Begin With! • The Female Bus Driver was Extremely Aggressive In Her Mannerisms Towards ME And Would Not Stop Arguing With ME. • When I told her that Homeless People have Rights and that I have seen many Bus Drivers Let Them On For Free, She Got Very Offended And Said That They Have To Pay Their .35 Cents! • and then I told her, How Can A Homeless Person Pay For Their Bus Fare If They Are Homeless And Have No Money ! • Then she says they Still Have To Pay And They Can Get Their 90 Day Life Pass If Necessary! • Well, the Homeless Person that was with ME did NOT Even Know About The Life Pass Since He Was Homeless! Obviously! • Anyway, She Did Not Like Anything That I Said! • When we were about to get off of the Bus At North Hollywood Station, the Female Bus Driver tells the Homeless Guy That I Have Problems When I Was The One (1) Who Paid My Fare From The Very Start Of The Bus Trip! • How Ridiculous Does It Get? • Moving Right Along: • When we were outside of the bus, Your Female Bus Driver Takes Her Camera Out And Starts Recording My Face While She Is Walking Past Me Into The North Hollywood Station and Continues On Her Way From There! • Never, Have I Had A Scary Experience With A Metro Bus Driver Ever In My Lifetime Since Living In Los Angeles Since 1994! • Since the incident was so Uncomfortable And Scary, I made a Video With My Android That I Published On Youtube Channel For Everyone Else To See Under! • • Metro Los Angeles Bus • Narrated By Howard Paul Shore • Wednesday, November 6th, 2024
