It was designed by Defining Extreme Vehicles Car Industry LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Sixteen production model is set to launch on December 2019. Made by Steve Morries Engines, Devel Sixteen gets a 12.3 litre V16 quad-turbo engine, the single billet block engine in the Devel Sixteen features 32 titanium valves, custom cylinder heads, one billet cam shaft, one crankshaft and is linked to four 81 mm turbine turbochargers.
