Put the flour, water, and salt in a mixing bowl and knead well. • 2. Transfer the kneaded dough to a bowl and let it rest for half an hour. • 3. Divide the rested dough into small portions and roll them out to the size of a plate. Spread plenty of oil on top and cover with plastic wrap, allowing it to rest for at least one hour. This is a crucial tip to prevent the dough from tearing! • 4. After resting, take the dough to the counter and stretch it as much as you can without tearing. Don't worry; the dough stretches easily after resting. • 5. Pipe spreadable chocolate cream onto the edge of the dough and sprinkle generously with pistachios. Then roll it into a circular shape to form a roll. Join the ends to create a ring shape. • 6.
