Cut the leeks. • 2. Cut the pork into strips. • 3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and a little paprika on both sides. Wait 10-15 minutes for the meat to absorb the marinade. • 4. Cut the sauerkraut into strips, mix with the leeks. Sprinkle with paprika, stir. • 5. Place half of the cabbage in the bottom of a crock pot greased with 2 tablespoons of lard. • Add 1-2 bay leaves, put layer of meat, then cabbage, meat and cabbage on top. • Pour in the brine and add the remaining fat. • 6.
